What a great bank holiday weekend we had raising money for Velindre and Alzheimer’s charity❤️
Huge thank you to everyone who came down and got involved, donated money or prizes for the raffle.
Big thanks to ‘ENW’ for their live music performance, Phil ‘Uncle Albert’ (only fools and horses) performance and for bringing his Reliant Regal car for everyone to see.
And mainly, Scott who bravely had all of his dreadlocks of 12+ years chopped off and his head shaved all to raise money for these 2 great charities.
All in all we have managed to raise just over £2,000 so far, with a couple of things still going on to get as much more money as we can in the pot to go to the charities (exact number to be confirmed).
Huge thanks once again to everyone that came along on the day, we can’t wait for the next event🔥

Live music from Enw will be starting at 8:30pm
Scott will be having his dreadlocks cut before the bands performance, so arrive early if you’d like to watch.
And Be sure to arrive early if you’d like to buy raffle tickets or take part in our games to win prizes.

Any raffle prize donations for our charity event would be highly appreciated.
Bottles of drink, chocolates, hampers, vouchers, unwanted gifts, we’d appreciate anything we can use as a prize!
If you have anything we can use, please drop it off to the pub this week before Friday 22nd.
