The client is offering ongoing long term work with possibility of becoming permanent for successful candidate. After 12 weeks probation period you will be paid pay parity £13.71ph.
This is long term work and full training is provided.
As a Production Operative you will need to have:
Some previous experience of working within a clean factory environment
Previous production / manufacturing experience
Willing to learn new skills if needed
Good standard of English
Details of Industrial Production Operative:
Salary:
FIRST 12 weeks £11 per hour
PP RATE after 12 weeks £13.71 per hour
Overtime Pay £14.25
Hours of work: Rotating 4 on 4 off
Days: 7am – 7pm
Nights: 7pm - 7am
Must be able to rotate on both shifts.
Location: Rugby
Duration: Ongoing
