We were contacted by a customer as their bespoke door had become jammed and was no longer operating correctly. They put their trust in us to carry out the repair with the upmost care and get everything working again.

Broken key? No problem! 🔑

We were called out to a customer after their key snapped off inside the lock, leaving them unable to use their door properly.

We carefully extracted the broken key from the lock without causing any unnecessary damage. Once removed, we checked everything over to ensure the lock was operating smoothly again. 🔐✅

A snapped key can happen unexpectedly due to wear and tear, but in many cases it can be resolved quickly without the need to replace the lock.
