There is not much either of us miss about working for other people. We both loved our careers and were lucky to work with some amazing, creative people. But waking up as an entrepreneur gets us leaping out of bed with waaaay more of a spring in our step than corporate life ever did.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

1- Problem solving satisfaction - If there is a problem or a challenge we're the ones that need to solve it. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

2- No departments - Finance used to be the finance department's problem. NPD happened over there. Those people got shirty if creativity happened in the wrong place. We need to understand every single aspect of our business, even if we do rely on experts to help us in specialist areas⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

3- Constant learning - every day brings something new. We never stop learning. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

4- Purpose driven growth - Our bottom line is vital to our livelihoods and our motivation. But being able to place equal value on our business purpose and goals doubles that motivation!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

5- Ideas into action - Ideas that will benefit our business, grow our revenues or help achieve our purpose can be acted upon with agility and speed. We⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
