Most women don’t struggle because they lack motivation, they struggle because they try to overhaul their entire life overnight. More workouts. Less food. More discipline. Perfect mornings. 10,000 steps. 2 litres of water. High protein. No treats. Start Monday. It feels productive… until you realise it becomes impossible to sustain. And this is where the cycle starts. Go all in, feel overwhelmed, miss a few days, feel like you’ve failed, stop completely, start again from scratch. Sound familiar? We’ve all been there! The truth is, lasting progress rarely starts with doing more. It starts with doing less, but doing it consistently. Maybe that looks like, drinking more water each day, prioritising protein at one meal, getting one extra walk in per week, strength training twice a week before adding more.
