Old style Fullex A case replaced for a customer in Banner Cross who had tried to open their door over the weekend, and found it to be jammed shut. Even though the key would turn, the door simply refused to budge!
We attended and opened the jammed locking mechanism, replaced the faulty gearbox with a shiny new genuine Fullex part, and upgraded the cylinder at the customer’s request to the very latest and greatest APECs AP 3* diamond grade anti snap cylinder.
Door adjusted to make future operation easier, and job completed within one hour.

Loose and broken handles replaced for a customer in the village of Totley .
These particular locking mechanisms need to be used in conjunction with sprung handles, as the spring in the gearbox isn’t strong enough to operate the handles independently.
The existing handles started to sag after the spring cassettes in both handles fractured and broke off.
New satin nickel Ultion Sweet handles installed, complete with a 20 year anti corrosion manufacturer’s guarantee against blistering and peeling.
The customer was so impressed with them that they’ve booked us in the replace their old peeling letterbox with a shiny new Sweet one to match their new handles.

Emergency lock opening for a customer in Arbourthorne who had travelled all the way back from a sunny break in their caravan, only to realise that they had left their keys behind, and didn’t fancy a 6 hour round trip to go and get them!

Modern, sleek Yale Brasslux nightlatch locks installed for a customer in Greystones .
