Sun's out guns out!
Morning session for Hugh with Coach Stu. Hugh is still in the process of going through a rehab plan following a ni**le back which turned out to be a hip problem.
As always back to basics, working through movement and technique.
So far so good.
Next stop a to see Oliver at the clinic. Massage, mobility and assisted stretching are on the menu.
Keep up the good work Hugh, you'll be back soon enough.

A week last Sunday was a rather good day for .
Matt took on the Great Welsh Marathon. Knocking 7 minutes off his PB making for a great day of racing.
Well done Matt!
Now turning his focus off the road and to the longer stuff.
A pretty big training week... Strength development phase, so definitely a lower volume of speed development work.

A pretty good start to 2023 at the Bolsover 10km. 2nd place and more importantly a very solid race that culminated in a PB! :second_place_medal:

Busy weekend on deck for the team.
Paddy and Matt started the weekend off racing at the Derbyshire Cross Country championships. This is the first time they have both put on spikes in over a year, so it was certainly a baptism of fire. They both ran a strong race, showing all the winter Mike's are paying off.
Chris and Harvey closed out the weekend at Round Sheffield Run. A time staged race with plenty of hills thrown in. They ran a solid race and managed to take the mens pair win, setting a winter course record in the process. They even post the second fast time of the day.
A good weekend all round. Back to the grind tomorrow.
