Recruitment Consultant - Birmingham - £28k + bonus + benefits

Are you looking for a recruitment consultant role in a fast-moving, exciting and interesting sector?

My client is a recruitment agency, well established and well regarded in their market, looking to expand in 2017. They recruit for Marketing and Sales roles predominantly and the sector is booming.

They offer flexible working (on a daily basis you can come in later / early and leave later / early). You are entitled to a guaranteed bonus (this doesn't give them more overall, but helps to even out your earning). They have a very relaxed environment - definitely no suits!

In addition, there are stacks of incentives / rewards and no hard KPI's. The environment would suit a experienced consultant looking for a change, in a grown-up business where you aren't going to be micro-managed.

Working in the close knit team, the Recruitment Consultant to position is broad, and covers every area of recruitment, including;

Building client relationships and identifying opportunities
Identifying and interviewing exceptional event talent
Taking, challenging and interpreting briefs
Preparing a shortlist of candidates
Taking feedback and managing offers

This isn't a new business position as most clients and candidates come in through word of mouth and pro-active marketing, although a pro-active approach is key to driving relationships.

The ideal candidate should have experience within a recruitment agency focusing on permanent placements, successfully building relationships and have consistent billings to show their success. Equally important is attitude, if you have a can-do approach, a play hard work hard ethic, drive and ambition we would love to talk.
