Hi-Point Access Ltd are offering a great opportunity for someone to join our office team in the below position:

Full time position Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm and Friday 8.30am to 4pm based in our offices at Ecclesfield

Job description :
Working office based within a team and individual on projects Dealing with a variety of administration and Support roles.

• Answering the telephone and taking accurate messages
• Appointment taking and Diary planning.
• Dealing with direct customer Contact
• Quoting
• Admin duties including – Record taking, filing, photocopying , scanning , emailing , word & excel
• Orders and Deliveries
• Accounts, money taking , invoicing and working with Xero software would be an advantage.

The Successful applicant must have good Customer Service Manner .
Good IT skills and be apt at using word , Excel , Microsoft and Google .
Be able to work as an individual and as part of a team.
Work to targets and Deadlines.
Be able to problem solve and use initiative.
