Flashback to (a very young) Catfish and the Bottlemen playing live for us at Java Lounge coffee shop in Hillsborough Sheffield in 2012

The concept was simple - take live music out of the city centres and out to the suburbs and bring shows to people who would never normally head to sweaty black rooms for a gig.

We had some incredible bands and artists playing this series of shows for us from Catfish and the Bottlemen to Reverend and the Makers and every one sold out in minutes.

With the way live music is going, and the way we are seeing gigs and festivals cancelled from low ticket sales I'm really tempted to start up this idea again and instead of asking music lovers to come to shows in traditional venues, take the music out to them instead.
