🔓 Bosch MD1CS003 Glitch Unlock – Now Available In-House

Over the past few days we’ve been quietly testing and refining the new Flex Glitch Unlock process, and we’re pleased to say where happy to offer it to both our dealers and retail customers.

The unlock procedure involves carefully removing a chip from the ECU PCB, carrying out the glitch unlock process, and then professionally re-soldering the chip back onto the board (see photos). Once completed, the ECU can then be read and written in standard bench mode for tuning, cloning, or other programming work.

Today’s vehicle was a 2022 Vauxhall Vivaro 1.5 CDTI fitted with a Bosch MD1CS003 ECU. Previously, this would have meant sending the ECU away for unlocking, leaving the vehicle off the road for 3–4 days before any tuning work could begin.

By carrying out the entire process in-house, we’re able to significantly reduce turnaround times while maintaining the high standards of workmanship our customers expect.
