Portable should mean more than just cordless. It should mean the machine adapts to wherever the work takes it.

The PortaDot 60-30 Touch is used in steel stockholding yards, fabrication shops, vehicle assembly bays, offshore sites, and literally out in fields. Wherever you need to mark something, the 60-30 Touch can go there.

The carry case makes transport between sites, buildings, or bays straightforward, with no installation and no commissioning at each location.

The face mask range extends what the machine can mark. The standard adjustable mask with horizontal and vertical V grooves handles flat plate, round bar, and tube profiles. The optional magnetic mask attaches directly to ferrous components without clamping. Extended masks reach into recesses and awkward positions. End-of-bar masks mark the face of a round bar from 25mm up to over 60 mm in diameter. Need a custom mask? We can do that too.

Change the mask, change the application. The head itself stays the same.

It marks engineering materials up to 62 HRC, including hardened steel. Serial numbers, part numbers, 2D Data Matrix codes, QR codes, logos, and BMP graphics all within a 60mm x 30mm marking window.

WiFi connectivity means the machine can pull variable data from a network source, log marked data back off-site, or connect to a wireless barcode reader to confirm and then mark a scanned part number, without being plugged into anything.

The marking goes where the work is. That's the point.

We wish Graeme all the very best for his well-earned retirement. Graeme is our software development team leader and has been with Pryor nearly 20 years. Graeme has been the driving force behind the development of all our PC based software, including all marking system control and in-process traceability systems.

Without Graeme’s input, our software would not be the world-leading marking and traceability software it is renowned for. We thank Graeme for all his hard work and hope he enjoys a long and happy retirement. We will all miss you Graeme, and your wonderful sense of humour!

After nine years of contributing across both our Accounts and Export departments, Sandra Norfolk has taken a well-deserved retirement.

Andrew Davies, Group Financial Director, said: "Sandra joined us as a temporary employee and never left, and we couldn't be happier that she stayed. Her professionalism, strong work ethic, and willingness to turn her hand to any task have made her an invaluable member of the team. She will be greatly missed, but we have nothing but fond memories and wish her every happiness in her retirement."
