APOSL classic … Our balanced 8” chef knife with leather roll. Hybrid scale with stainless steel pins.
Made from high carbon Sheffield Stainless steel - Silver Fox 100. Heat treatment requires dual tempering giving a rockwell reading of 61HRC. This means our knives keep their razor sharp edge.
