The FSOA’s Gold Plus Sponsors the IPM Group are poised for significant growth following a strategic restructure and fresh investment from within the group. 📈

The restructure, supported by personal assets and investments from other businesses within the group, has secured all jobs, commercial arrangements with sports clubs, and prompt payments to their valued suppliers. 🙌

This puts IPM Group in a fantastic position for future growth, with expectations of a 30% increase in the security and stadia industry and over 100% growth in their leisure group, including the opening of three new venues later this year. 🏟️



As part of the growth strategy, the IPM Group will continue to raise the standards of safety and security in stadia by ensuring 100% of stewards receive comprehensive training before their first deployment and increasing ongoing refresher training. 👨‍💻

Additionally, the company will look to secure more commercial investments in the clubs they supply services to, increasing brand awareness across the sports industry. ⚽️

I joined IPM Group shortly after finishing secondary school, starting with an apprenticeship that IPM Group supported me through.

IPM Group has helped me expand my knowledge, both professionally and in day-to-day life. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here and look forward to my new role as Operations Coordinator after successfully completing my apprenticeship. I am excited to continue my journey with IPM Group and further increase my skills.
