It was a real privilege to participate in yesterday mornings panel discussion. There were a huge number of takeaways, and I was delighted to have the opportunity to share my views on Gen Zers entering the workplace.

It was such a pleasure to be invited by to participate in a round table discussion about small businesses being beautiful. I have thought about this for a long time, especially since my own business is small and beautiful. Success and growth mean different things to different people, but to me running a small business gives me freedom, and flexibility, and ensures I can remain authentic at all times to do the job that I love.
