Well everyone. A new season begin's. So lets get fit early, and improve on previous years.
First day of training started today, hard but we'll done to all who attended.

Another good session today finished with sparring and circuits.
Well done to Ed Spread on completing his 1st session. Those are always the hardest and you got through it.
Both Mark and Denny Bulman fighting in 2 weeks are peaking at the right time and smashing sessions for fun this week.
