Forge Experience Day 14th June 2026 Have a go at Blacksmithing in a relaxed fun environment. Take home all the items you make, you will be surprised at what you can achieve.

We have a fully booked Experience Day on Sunday and it’s going to be sunny. So spent the day making a new awning to provide additional shade from the sun.

We had the pleasure of discussing the community forge with Alec Steele at Maker Central today. He loves the project and what we have achieved. He is such a nice guy and a great inspiration.

Alex did a great job at the forge today, made a candlestick and used a horse shoe as a base. Well done Alex.
