Here’s how to do them properly:

✅ Hold a dumbbell, barbell, or EZ bar with an overhand grip
✅ Rest your forearms on a bench or your thighs
✅ Let your wrists extend slightly at the bottom
✅ Curl your knuckles upward as high as possible
✅ Squeeze the muscles on the top of your forearms
✅ Lower the weight slowly and under control

Use a lighter weight and focus on perfect form—your forearms will do the work.

A simple exercise that improves posture, strengthens your upper back, and helps keep your shoulders healthy.

Here’s how to perform resistance band pull-aparts correctly:

✅ Hold the resistance band at shoulder height with arms straight
✅ Keep your shoulders down and chest up
✅ Brace your core throughout the movement
✅ Pull the band apart until your arms are in line with your body
✅ Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the end of each rep
✅ Return slowly with control, keeping tension on the band

Don’t shrug your shoulders or use momentum—let your upper back do the work.
