But back then, times were tough—COVID made it hard to reach new customers, especially online. I told him, one day, I’d help. I had no idea how… but I meant it. Fast forward 4 years, the perfect moment arrived thanks to an incredible encounter with @simonsquibb and the @helpbnk team at his book launch. I wanted to thank them in my favorite way—with food!
