Apologies that things have been a little quiet recently! AcroBeats creator Hannah has been mucking around with getting married and travelling abroad playing international rugby so things have been put on hold briefly until she gets her act together. But she’s back in action so watch this space with big things for AcroBeats coming up!
AcroBeats is an amazing HIIT workout. Perfect if you’re already an aerialist or poker who wants to work on their aerobic fitness and endurance to compliment their training, or anyone who has never done anything aerial based before but is nervous about starting.
