Hey beautiful souls
Life has thrown some curveballs at me lately which mean I need to change some things and make life as simple as possible.
I’ve made the decision to pause teaching yoga and doing 1:1 client work for the time being until things can stabilise and I’ve got a better foundation to restart EMJ yoga work again in the future.
I’ll be taking a break too from social media so you won’t see me on Facebook or Instagram for a while.
