Fence post repair in the rain today 🌧️🔧

Not every job gets perfect weather… but the work still needs doing 💪

Today I repaired a damaged fence post while it was absolutely pouring down. Fence posts don’t fix themselves, and if they’re loose, rotten, or moving in the wind, leaving them too long can make the whole fence worse.

Changing bathroom light bulbs today 💡😂

Sounds simple… until you realise the last person had painted the fittings in 😅

What should have been a quick bulb change turned into a careful little rescue mission to free the fittings without damaging the ceiling or surrounding paintwork.

Bathroom lights need to be handled properly because they’re usually enclosed, moisture-rated fittings — and if they’ve been painted over, forced or damaged, it can quickly turn into a bigger problem.

All sorted in the end 👍
