Fresh Start

Great session yesterday at Fresh start looking at values and how we value ourselves. New games played and laughter had by all, it really is a pleasure to work with these individuals. Looking forward to next week.

Fresh start is looking forward to Wednesday especially as the members are using their voices sharing what they would like to do and bringing items in and their ideas.
Fresh start really enjoys hearing the laughter from their members even if it's at the staff expense 😂

Todays group session was all about the laughter, here at Fresh Start we laughed together trying to beat the clock to name things in just 5 seconds, some where better than others at it, others well they made up their own rules which just made it just as funny. Laughter is the best healer. We are honoured to be part of our members lives its a privilege to watch them grow in confidence and overcome some challenges, but here at Fresh start you never have to do anything alone. This game is one we will be using a lot I'm sure.
Group runs Wednesday 10-12:30 £5 to attend with unlimited refreshments.
