We're Hiring! Senior Youth Trainer πŸ’Όβœ¨
Ready to use your youth work expertise in a creative, flexible way? We're looking for an experienced youth worker to join our Engage AP team.
The Role:
Work with a maximum of 12 students in a 1:3 staffing ratio - giving our young people the time and space that's often missing in mainstream education. You'll deliver experiential learning sessions focused on youth enterprise and creative careers, supporting young people who struggle in traditional classrooms to discover their potential through real-world projects.
What We're Looking For:
βœ… Youth workers with minimum 2 years experience
βœ… Patient, inclusive, resilient and creative
βœ… Passionate about helping young people succeed
βœ… Ability to blend youth work, mentoring and training
The Details:
πŸ“… 35 hours per week | Term-time only (39 weeks pa)
πŸ’· Β£15.38ph (Β£30,000 FTE)
