Our client, based near Lambourn requires a reach and counter balance FLT driver for an immediate start. The work is Monday to Friday and you will start at 07:00 or 08:00 depending on your shift pattern.

The correct candidate will possess the following attributes:

• Honesty
• Attention to detail
• Flexibility

You will have the following:
• Current FLT certificates
• A minimum of 12 months experience on the relevant vehicles
• A can do attitude as you will be expected to do other duties in your day to day work schedule

Due to the location, transport is essential.

The hours of work are as follows:
• 07:00 - 17:00
• 08:00 - 18:00

Production / Machine Operators required
Our prestigious client based in Swindon is looking for high calibre Operators to work within their facility. You will initially be working either days or nights on training from Monday to Friday but upon successful completion of your training you will be required to work a weekend shift. The shift will consist of a Saturday and Sunday plus either a Friday or Monday. You will work 12 hours per day doing this shift and will be on either days or nights. This work is ongoing for the right candidates but you MUST be able to work a permanent weekend shift.

Our client is looking for candidates that can demonstrate continuity and longevity within previous roles, candidates that have similar or relevant skills, and be able to demonstrate career progression through empowerment and self motivation to succeed and progress within the work environment.

Our client is looking for driven and target motivated individuals who can not only demonstrate these skills but also achieve them on a regular basis. You must be focussed, driven, self motivated, reliable, and flexible in your approach to work as you will be expected to undertake a robust training programme and be capable of conducting your duties quickly and effectively within a tight time frame.

The pay rates for these positions are as follows:

£10.20 per hour days
£11.30 per hour nights

There is regular overtime which will be paid at time and one half.
