This was for a returning customer. We moved the front door forward and added a new interior door with side screen to create a porch area. Complete rip out and renew on cloakroom toilet. New stair handrail and balustrades, dado and beading.
New skirting architraves and doors upstairs. Main bedroom we created a small room to form an ensuite.
All ceilings plastered, new down lights sockets. New loft ladder and hatch. Great work by Lewis Reason, Mark Pannell and Aaron Thelwall Cantillon Group Ltd. Waste removal promptly removed as per usual by CAL Recycling Solutions. Thanks all. A very happy customer 😀
