Hi, I’m Mike, Client Success Manager for Mortgages & Protection. I support our advisers by keeping everything on track behind the scenes - from applications to appointing solicitors and surveyors. I focus on clear communication, making sure clients stay informed and supported at every step of their mortgage journey.
As one of the longest-serving team members, I bring experience, attention to detail, and a determination to get things done right.

Outside work, you’ll usually find me playing board games - a great way to stay sharp and enjoy a bit of friendly competition!
