A brilliant sunny start to the 1st of the month 😎
This morning the girls did........step ups/rdl/Bulgarian split squats/triple drop set lunges with sprint's/shoulder press/skipping/sumo squats/high plank/plank/side planks/shin touches/bicycles/ and plenty more🤣
The girls are in fantastic shape,and get stuck in every session awesome work 🥊🏋♀️💪🏻

That was some extremely heavy rain this morning, and the teen box fit lads still smashed the session, a few dodgy punches and maneuvers in the race but that's competition 🤣

Ladies and gentlemen meet my youngest client and the next heavyweight champ lesha the lion King 🦁
After watching his mum training from his buggy on many a session he decided to lace up the gloves and have a bash himself 🥊
He gets distracted every now and then but at the tender age of 13months I think we have time to correct that🤣🤣
