Rococo Torquay

I’ve been having PowerSculpt sessions with Sarah Bewsher at Rococco to help tackle the stubborn “mum tum” I’ve had for over 20 years. At 51, I often felt like I looked about 4–6 months pregnant (depending on what I’d eaten that day), which wasn’t exactly the look I was going for.

Even though I exercise regularly and eat well — abs work admittedly isn’t my favourite — that lower tummy area just seemed to be getting worse year by year.

The sessions themselves are surprisingly easy and comfortable. You simply lie back and relax while the machine does the work. It genuinely feels like an intense core workout happening while you’re just lying there.

After only three sessions, I can already feel my core becoming stronger and tighter, and my stomach looks noticeably flatter and less prone to bloating.



Sarah is absolutely lovely and incredibly professional.
