Recent lime rendering job done with hand s**t finish 😜👌

New shower fitted in an apartment in Plymouth… reminded me of working in London apartments right pain in the bum up and down stairs and lifts but a really late finish last night ticking this one off thanks Adam Murden 👌👍

This is one of my nicest projects I’ve had the pleasure to do for a while and it might just be a porch it’s bursting with elegance! 🥰

Unfortunately for me these tiles I fitted on a job two years ago popped from the floor 🙄😬 one of three reasons, maybe too much moisture in the floor screed when I laid it… maybe a reaction with the cement based adhesive and gypsum screed… or maybe too much heat too quickly in the underfloor heating… 🤷‍♂️ anyway it’s not something that has happened before but I will always go back even after two years and put things right at my own cost!
