Echoing the character of the existing cottages, this new two‑storey, two‑bedroom hideaway will soon offer another beautiful place to stay in this idyllic corner of Wales. Now the real question… what colour will this one be. IYKYK!

Planning Approved!

We’re delighted to have secured planning permission for the transformation of a rural industrial unit in Devon into an exceptional low-carbon family home.

By retaining the existing building as the heart of the design, we have created a sustainable and adaptable home that draws inspiration from the local barn vernacular and material palette. The scheme also incorporates a timber-clad remodelling of the remaining structure, complemented by a biodiverse green roof that enhances both environmental performance and visual integration with the surrounding landscape.
