Summer Forest Bathing Join a relaxing and connecting Forest Bathing Session in the beautiful Covert Way Nature Reserve

Join sunset forest bathing 14th April at 6pm-8pm and feel Spring all around us.

Leaves are bursting out their buds, the bluebells and dandelions are blooming and the smell of wild garlic fills the air. Spring is truly here!

Forest Bathing is a chance to reconnect with Nature, take time for ourselves and share this experience with a group, which brings us all closer together.

Everyone is welcome, no matter how connected you feel to nature, if you want to come alone and meet new people, or you dont feel like going out at all, I invite you to take the chance and join us. You will be very welcome.
