Even the simplest of dishes gets the same effort and attention to detail, and this one always sell out quickly, Beer Battered Haddock & Chips with Mushy Peas, Curry Sauce and Tartare Sauce.

Our haddock is supplied fresh and expertly prepared by

Light crispy gluten free batter, stays crispy for the whole meal, made with flours and gluten free . Hand cut triple cooked chips are made daily.

The tartare sauce, mushy peas and curry sauce are all made fresh on site and carefully seasoned to perfectly complement the delicate haddock.

Another one of our starters, Scotch Quail Egg. A delicate soft boiled quails egg, wrapped in British Free Range Pork and British Made N’duja, coated in panko and pork cracking for extra crunch. For the celeriac remoulade, we then take our celeriac trimmings and infuse all of that flavour into an oil, then use this to make the emulsion adding an extra deep nutty flavour and helping us on our way to becoming a completely zero waste kitchen.
