Mental health awareness day is EVERY DAY and not just once a year. People who suffer with mental health challenges are the strongest people i know. Their resilience and their patience, solitude for many, their willpower alone is like a superhero thing cos not everyone makes it out alive. Mental health issues mean strong person. Simple. And people need people. That's a poem actually, you should look at it.
Don't always believe what you think, especially if you do live alone. It can mean the difference between staying in and going out. Eating or not eating. Bathing or not bathing
It's true. We call it procrastination; delaying or putting off tasks, that's Google says. I say it's overthinking, putting off the tasks. Thinking about all the reasons why you shouldn't have a bath or make something to eat. Don't dwell on things you can't change.
