The Work is now live.
Some films are made to promote a product.
This one was made to capture a feeling.
The Work explores the discipline, commitment and quiet determination that happen long before the results are ever seen.
At Frame & Motion, we believe the best films donāt just show what a business does, they tell a story people remember.
If youāre looking for cinematic video that connects with your audience, weād love to help tell your story.
If the film resonates with you, weād love to hear your thoughts in the comments.
The Work The Work is a short cinematic film about the moments nobody sees....
This wasnāt about filming a gym.
It was about capturing the discipline behind progress.

Still searching for the right story.
Over the last few months, Iāve been developing a series of short films through Frame & Motion, exploring passion, dedication and the people behind what they do.
The third and final film is called Before The Ignition.
Itās not about race results or podium finishes.
Itās about the moments before the engine starts.
The preparation. The nerves. The routines. The sacrifices. The reason someone keeps turning up weekend after weekend to compete.
Iām looking for a racing driver, rider, or motorsport competitor who would like to be featured in this project.
If thatās you or if you know someone who might be a great fit, Iād really appreciate a comment, tag or message.
North West based, happy to travel for the right story.
