4️⃣Once the planning drawings are ready, you're invited to make reasonable changes to the design prior to submission.

5️⃣ You will have the option to upgrade the planning drawings to Building Regulations standard. We submit these plans to building control as part of our great value package.

6️⃣ Once our technical designs have been approved by building control, it’s time to hand the project over to your chosen builder.
