Account Executive

Full-time, Temporary, Temp to perm

Working: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm

Location: Windsor, Berkshire

You will be working for Fieldsmart to fulfil the role of Account Executive in our Tactical Team at our Head Office based in Windsor

You will report directly into the Senior Account Executive

You will work alongside our account team and your responsibilities will include and not limited to;

• Validating photos + data from live activities - identifying and responding to any potential errors
• Responding to operational queries via phone and email
• Liaising with the warehouse/courier and field team regarding delivery of POS (Point of Sale materials)
• Standard operational administration activities, including:
o Supporting the Senior Account Executive with writing Field Briefs and Surveys using our internal systems
o Collate briefs and project materials to distribute to field team
o System administration such as paperwork checks
o Helping to chase up missing results, and other ad-hoc duties as required
You will have:

• Professional written / verbal communication skills
• Good numerical skills
• Able to manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
• Confidence with Excel, and Word
• A keen attention to detail
• A good “can do” attitude, and you are prepared to go that “extra mile”
• Strong organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment

· Merchandise stock from warehouse to shop floor
· Walk in POS & site on shop floor
· Complete range reviews by removing old stock & replenishing new to planogram
· Photo audits
· Selling off the van/car
The Requirements
· Smartphone / Tablet / Computer - To view briefs, report & capture evidence of actions
· Printer
· Your own car
· Ability to store Point of Sale material short term
Field Sales or FMCG experience
The Pay
· Competitive rates of pay on completion of each activity
· Contribution to mileage and expenses
· All team members work on a PAYE basis (including holiday pay + NI contributions)
