On the day, one of the sports you can play is walking football, and if you've never tried it, this is the perfect opportunity.

It's played at walking pace, so no running, no tackling, and the ball stays below head height. It's still really fun, just less fast paced than usual football. Nobody's judging pace or skill — it's all about having a fun kick about.
