3 Over 5 Design

We’ve been on-site with the lovely team at finalizing the interior designs for their upcoming new builds.
There is nothing quite like seeing a vision come to life in the physical space. For this project, we really focused on the “flow”—ensuring that every transition between communal areas feels natural, warm, and inviting for the residents.
We are absolutely head over heels for this block-print wallpaper backdrop! It strikes the perfect balance between classic charm and fresh modern styling. To anchor the room, we paired it with beautifully crafted, bespoke contract furniture from (just look how well that geometric pattern detail on those chair backs sits!)

This kitchen was thoughtfully designed to support wheelchair users — with accessible heights, clear knee space, simple layouts and finishes that feel calm, contemporary and normal, not clinical.

Inclusive design isn’t about compromise.
