Please when booking and confirming your allocated slot for a clean or oven clean that you are contacting the correct company. This has resulted in me having canceled appointments because you have contacted the wrong company and then decided to cancel.

This is due to no fault of my own and in future you will need to make sure that you have the correct company!! Not only is this a waste of my own time but I lose out on earnings.
