Cohort 3 Showcase: The final event from this year’s Road2Release programme.

What started as an idea turned into a pilot, and then into a full 12-month programme supported by Youth Music and Wolverhampton Art Gallery to give young artists real access, real opportunities and real-world experience.

Over the last year we’ve brought people together from across music, fashion and the wider creative industries building a community and culture that connects.

By putting the right people in the room at the right time, we’ve been able to bridge that gap between raw, grassroots talent and the professional industries in a way that actual relates.

That’s always been the intention with Road2Release, not just talking about it, but actually doing it.

Creating a space where artists can grow, build, connect (with each other aswell) and step into real opportunities, using the networks and experience we’ve built over time to give something back.

This event is the final moment from this current run of the programme.

We’ve co-produced the night with Cohort 3 which includes live performances from the 5 artists, plus special guests, emerging Wolves star and the local legend who will be headlining.

Bringing a Midlands figure like JAYKAE into Wolverhampton alongside the next wave is exactly what R2R is all about.
