He certainly wasn't a man who was backwards in coming forwards 😂🥰 ... but I have to say that many of my clients would agree with this bold statement!

Whether you're brand new to Pilates or simply have remembered how good it makes you feel, we have just a few spaces left for our new term; starting w/c 8th January.

Mon 10am - Beginners @ Bradmore - 2 spaces
Mon 11:30am - Chair Based @ Bradmore - 1 space
Thurs 6:30pm - Beginners/ Mixed - 2 spaces
Thurs 7:45pm - Mixed Ability - 1 space
Fri 9:30am - Beginners/ Mixed - 1 space

Each term is 4 weeks long and is just £34 for all classes, with options to catch up (or do extra) online if you need to miss your usual class.

Building strength in your core muscles, stability in your joints, flexibility in your muscles really is key to living life to the full in 2024!

Have I mentioned how amazing my clients are? No... well they are!! ❤️
This week is Christmas Jumper "Week" at Essence (who wants to stop at a "day"?) - raising money for the annual fundraiser. Two years ago we took on the challenge and raised £138.. last year we smashed that total with £233. And this year... well, bearing in mind it hasn't yet started, let's say it's going well... 🥰🥰🥰

So flattery out of the way (😘😘😘).. I have a big ask....

As many of you will know, a week ago, my Facebook business page (and bank account), was hacked and eventually deleted. This page had taken more than 10yrs to build and frustratingly I had grown the page to 998 followers (id been so excited at the thought of hitting 1000).

It now looks very likely that Fb won't be able to recover it... so I've been forced to create a new page in the background.

Your support during what has been a really upsetting and stressful time; has been invaluable and is so appreciated - its kept me from giving up and allowing the hackers (aka f ) to win!
