Our Story
There are many traders on the canal selling a diverse range of products from vinyl graphics, art, cheese, jewellery, cratch covers and much more. The many trades afloat bring diversity and enhance the public’s enjoyment of the waterways – our aim is to promote and enhance our unique trading community.
This page has been created by volunteers of the Roving Canal Traders Association (RCTA) to benefit all Roving Canal Traders. Please like and share our pages to help us spread the word and create a local based audience for us all. We also invite any organised canal events or Canal based businesses to also advertise with us.
Roving canal traders live and trade on their narrowboats and travel around the UK canal and river network selling a huge range of products. From hand made goods, home made cakes and goodies to hippies clothes, hand carved wooden items and original art pieces.
