More lock snapping happening again up North.

I post this every year when the awful BT phone book is delivered.
It is the WORST place you could look for a tradesman.
National firms buy up all the advertising space and create multiple entries to give the illusion of a choice of local businesses.
These firms charge 2-3 times the normal going rate and... well without ranting too much, every locksmith can tell you a horror story or two about national firms.
If you see this BT phone book in your elderly or vulnerable relatives home, do yourself a favour and stick it in the recycle bin where it belongs!
