WOLVERHAMPTON CITY CENTRE
BLUE PLAQUE GUIDED WALK
THURSDAY 16th JULY 2026 – 10.30am.
The guided walk will take in 35 blue plaques including information about monarchs, footballer, inventor, suffragette, referee, traffic lights, counterfeiter, architects, sculptor, night club, bicycle factory, listed buildings, an American founding father and many more.
Meet: Thursday 16th July 2026 10.30am, outside of The Sunbeam pub, by the bus station.
Route: The walk is approximately 2.5 miles and will take approximately 2.5 hours including a break about half way round at The Lych Gates pub.
Weather: Please check the weather forecast and come suitably dressed.
Asking for all participants to donate £10 (more if you want and purely voluntary) to go towards Wolves heritage and charity projects through Wolves1877Trust.
