💚 Mental Health Awareness Week 2026 💚
To mark this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week, our Swansea team took the opportunity to pause, step away from the busy day-to-day, and reconnect with nature with a refreshing cold water dip at Langland Bay 🌊
Cold water swimming is known to support wellbeing in many ways, including:
✨ Improving mental clarity
✨ Boosting mood
✨ Supporting better sleep
✨ Reducing stress and anxiety
Across our other regions, teams also got involved by taking part in wellbeing walks and outdoor activities in and outside of working hours, encouraging time to connect, recharge, and support one another 🚶♀️🌿
Our regions also proudly took part in ‘Wear It Green Day’ in support of the Mental Health Foundation 💚
