Carpet cleaning & Upholstery cleaning

A thorough walk round will be conducted with ourselves and the customer to indentify any areas of concern with the carpets/upholstery to be cleaned prior to the clean taking place. We will discuss any stains (if applicable) to identify the type of stain and the likelihood of complete removal.

All stains will be treated appropriately using the correct products, however stain removal is never guaranteed.

We use Hot water extraction as our main cleaning method, this leaves the carpet/upholstery damp after the clean has taken place. Drying time is never a set time, factors such as room temperature and air circulation/movement affect drying times.

Payment

We accept cash, card and BACS payment which is required to be paid on completion of work. A sales receipt will then be Issued through an electronic format. If requested we can also provide a paper copy receipt.

Stain guard

Stain guard will be offered by one of our cleaning technicians which can be applied to both carpets and upholstery. This is a treatment professionally applied to your carpets which is a preventative barrier against staining (However this is not guaranteed and doesn't always prevent staining due to mitigating circumstances)

Stain guard is also used to help keep your carpets and/or upholstery cleaner for longer with the aid of regular vacuuming.
