A single reference point for men who may be feeling under pressure and not sure what help is available to them.

On Monday, I delivered training with The Uncommon Practice, and it was a really good day.

There was space for open conversation, reflection, and practical discussion about how we show up in our work and support others in ways that feel real and grounded. I always value sessions where people are willing to engage honestly and take time to think, rather than rush to solutions.

Grateful for the energy in the room and the conversations that stayed with me afterwards.

Today is World Su***de Prevention Day.

This short film reminds us that suicidal thoughts can be interrupted. Sometimes, just knowing someone is there can make all the difference.

At Pwrpas we believe conversation saves lives. Asking “How are you, really?” and listening with patience can open the door to hope.

This year’s theme, Changing the Narrative on Su***de, is about making it safe to talk about mental health in everyday life. No judgement. No stigma. Just human connection.

If you are struggling, or know someone who is, please reach out. And if you want to learn more about the work we are doing across Wales, visit www.pwrpas.org.uk
You are not alone.
