The cost of keeping retics is very large the require big enclosures and time to get to breeding age. Females take 3/4 years to mature so that's 3/4 years of feeding and heating/electric and cleaning(substrate) etc that will Add up. So Don't believe you will get rich off breeding snakes especially a specialist python like retics that are not a starter snakes.
