This week is Small Charity Week 💜

🌿 As a small charity we know how much love, time & compassion goes into making a difference! We care a lot about what we do and the many individuals we have the privilege of supporting and believe that although we might be small, our support transforms lives significantly, bringing hope and healing.

🌿 As this recent client said, “Reflect has helped me to grow and move forwards, it's not about saying goodbye and closing the door on the experience. It's more to do with navigating through the emotions surrounding the loss and how to move through life afterwards…I know that I can pick up the material whenever I need it and I'll hear [my practitioner’s] voice guiding me through the emotion enabling me to deal with whatever life throws my way”.

🌿 We know how devastating the experience of pregnancy and baby loss can be and how complex many of the emotions are surrounding it. Often it isn’t something that you ‘just recover from’, and extra support is needed.
